Moscow Exchange to start trading in Light Sweet oil futures in Apr

MOSCOW, Apr 11 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Exchange plans to launch trading in futures and options on the U.S. Light Sweet Crude Oil in April and trading in deliverable gold futures in August or September, Directors of the Derivatives Market Department Arseny Glazkov told PRIME on Wednesday.

“The Moscow Exchange will launch trading in futures and options on U.S.-made crude. We have agreed with CME Group… The futures will be calculated. Deliverable gold futures are underway, I think we will launch it in August or September. It will be Russia’s gold indicator,” he said.
